Payment Processing Fees
All customer payments are processed securely through Stripe. Stripe charges standard U.S. card processing fees, currently approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. These fees are set and collected directly by Stripe and are separate from your Summit Systems subscription fee.
Stripe may update its processing rates at any time. Summit Systems does not control Stripe’s pricing and does not receive any portion of Stripe’s processing fees.
Restaurants are responsible for all payment processing fees, disputes, refunds, and chargebacks associated with their transactions.
Example:
If a customer pays $50.00, Stripe’s fee would be approximately $1.75. The remaining balance is deposited directly into your connected bank account.
